The first Ford Mustang was built in 1964, and through the years Ford has managed to add improvements and create better versions. We installed LLumar ATC Enhanced Style to this 2016 Ford Mustang. The client choose a 15-percent shading for all windows, meaning only 15 percent of light will be able to penetrate into the car’s interior.
This window film not only offers more privacy, but also rejects 47 percent of the heat, reduces glare and rejects 99.9 percent of the harmful UV rays (ultraviolet rays). UV rays are damaging not only to humans — it is known to cause skin cancer and hurt our eyes — but to a car’s interior and upholstery. Darkened windows help prevent drying and cracking, and ultimately the vehicle’s long-term value.
Besides all that, darkened windows just look cool. Check out this first video how the darker windows go well with the car body’s light silver-grayish paint. The new Mustangs have distinct lines, and the dark windows seem to help bring them out more.
Window Tinting End Result: A Killer 2016 Ford Mustang
What a difference a day makes, indeed. Our skilled technicians took great care during installation to ensure an ultra-smooth, clean finish and long-lasting end result. We use only the highest-quality window tint films, and the LLumar ATC product is no different. It’s called “enhanced style” because this particular product is more geared toward improving the aesthetic look. That doesn’t mean it does not perform well, as explained above with it blocking nearly all of the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays.
The new Mustang now looks very sleek and stylish, with its side lines very distinct and black of the wheels accented by the really dark windows. Tinted windows can also boost the “bling” or a car’s exterior appearance, reflecting light and adding just that much more shine.
